
The GPTCHB/RST Project LAUNCH Program is funded by the Department of Health and Human Services, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), 2019-2023.
The purpose of this program is to promote the Wellness of Young Children from birth to eight years within the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, Sicangu Oyate, by addressing physical, social and emotional cognitive and behavioral aspects of their development.
Goal
For children to be thriving in safe, supportive environments, and entering school ready to learn and able to succeed.
Core Team

The Project LAUNCH Core Team consists of: the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Maternal and Child Health Department (RST), Tiwahe Glu Kini Pi (TGKP), ACET, Inc. and the Great Plains Tribal Chairmen’s Health Board (GPTCHB).
